“When you see something that is not right you must say something. You must do something.”
John Lewis
The Office of Respectful Environments, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion: REDI has been established to provide leadership across the Faculty of Medicine in the areas of professionalism, learner mistreatment, equity, diversity, and inclusion, anti-racism, and anti-discrimination. REDI will lead a Faculty-wide Transforming Culture Initiative and will collaborate across the Faculty, the university, and with community partners to implement action plans that will lead to systemic and behavioural change.
The Faculty of Medicine will create respectful, diverse, inclusive learning and work environments that are anti-racist and that support the exercise of human rights for all members of our community.
