We will strive to:

  • Achieve parity in policy, process and outcomes for historically and/or currently underrepresented people or groups
  • Ensure equitable access to opportunities, treatment and outcomes for all learners, faculty and staff
  • Create opportunities and remove barriers in recognition of different histories and starting points of individuals and groups
